100% Renewable Businesses and Communities: A Briefing for Policymakers

Please join us for a conversation about the path to a 100 percent renewable energy future for our businesses and institutions, our communities, and our Commonwealth.
The movement for a future powered entirely by clean, renewable energy is growing. More than 100 major companies have committed to power their operations with 100 percent renewable energy in the coming decades. Seven cities and towns in Massachusetts, along with Boston University and Harvard University, have also pledged to achieve 100 percent renewable energy targets.

  • Jim Boyle, Chairman and CEO, Sustainability Roundtable, Inc., and a founding board member of the Alliance for Business Leadership
  • Ben Hellerstein, State Director, Environment Massachusetts
Sustainability Roundtable provides strategic advisory and support services to help many of the nation’s leading companies reduce their environmental footprint and meet their sustainability goals. Sustainability Roundtable’s members include Akamai, Lenovo, and Verizon, among other companies.
Environment Massachusetts is a statewide, citizen-funded environmental advocacy organization working to protect clean air, clean water, and open space.
