Big news in Acushnet! Judge issues ruling on PJ Keating

We wanted to congratulate the community members in Acushnet, MA who have been working so hard to protect their community from harmful air pollution. We also want to thank Hon. William M. White Jr., Justice of the Suffolk County Superior Court, for approving an injunction to uphold a cease and desist order on PJ Keating. This means that any and all activities that harm the public health of the community must stop immediately and will open the site to regular inspections b y public health officials in Acushnet to enforce this ruling.
