Our 2018 Annual Report
Change happens through organizing. From clean energy warriors uniting across Massachusetts to push for a renewable energy future, to New Hampshire neighbors beating back a multimillion dollar polluter looking to triple the size of its landfill, the difference is always people coming together and taking action.
And change is happening. In Portland, Maine neighbors stopped ExxonMobil’s tar sands oil pipeline from passing through their city—and this year a federal judge upheld their victory. A national coalition of grassroots leaders affected by the toxic Teflon chemical known as PFAS has won more than a dozen victories at the state level for clean drinking water. These are real victories for clean air and clean water that were brought about by neighbors who decided to join together and take action.
You make it possible for us to organize side-by-side with local leaders taking action today. Support this work by making a donation to fund the next year of our work. Thanks for believing a better future is possible.
